The Schüco AD UP 75 door is entirely fit for purpose in high-traffic buildings and commercial property such as schools, office buildings, retail premises and anywhere with a high footfall. The same exemplary and durable design enhances dwellings with a front door performing substantially better than standard aluminium residential doors. With a 75mm frame depth, this door model is designed to easily replace existing doors and provide a seamless installation in new build openings.
Door designs include single and double doors, fully glazed or with a midrail, open in or out and with side panels and/or top glazed panels.

Three design options
The door design options available in this integrated door system give users maximum flexibility in how Schüco AD UP 75 doors are styled. The second option is the same design as fully glazed but using a highly insulated solid panel or a combination of glass and panel. Or the door can be designed with a premium look and feel with a door panel creating a completely flat door surface inside and out. All three designs work with any door size up to a maximum of 1400mm wide and an impressive 3000mm high.
A complete range of front door locks
Working as a high-traffic commercial door, the Schüco AD UP 75 can work as a main entrance door, access control door, fire-exit door and enhanced security door. A standard or flush threshold is available, meeting the accessibility and other requirements of Approved Document M of Building Regulations. For residential property, the door comes with manual or mechanical lock options, including full automatic locking and unlocking via Smart Home apps.
Visible or invisible door hardware
Depending on the application Schüco AD UP 75 doors offer three different hinge options, each with its own benefit for the product. The barrel hinge design offers broad door adjustment, a choice of colours and a maintenance-free design, whilst giving a classic look to the door. Choose the surface-mounted hinge, and this engineered component allows the door to meet the most demanding applications, such as schools, transport hubs and heavy-use public buildings. Or there is a hidden hinge design, ideal for residential property giving a flat and seamless look to the door inside and out, where the opening element meets the frame.
Excellent Thermal Performance and U-Values
U-Values of between 1.1Wm2K comfortably meet the requirements of 2022 Building Regulations, for both replacement projects and new builds. Glazing is available up to 53mm thick, accommodating both high performance double glazed units or triple glazing and door panels can be up to 64mm or 75mm thick, depending on the design.
Up to RC3 Security
RC3 security is one of the more resistant security standards when compared to the RC1 and RC2 security test because the attack test time is longer and electric saws and power drilling tools are used.
